1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the "Sampo" mobile application, website, wallet functionality, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by PONT Inc. ("PONT," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and PONT Inc. PLEASE READ SECTIONS 11 (DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES), 12 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY), 14 (DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION), AND 15 (CLASS ACTION WAIVER) CAREFULLY, AS THEY LIMIT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the Sampo mobile application, web platform, integrated wallet, and related services operated by PONT Inc.
• "Account" means the user account you create to access the Service.
• "Points" means the in-app numerical units we award to you for activities such as walking, viewing advertisements, completing surveys, and inviting other users. Points are not currency, securities, crypto assets, or stored value.
• "Target Digital Assets" means the digital assets (including stablecoins, electronic payment instruments, and crypto assets) we support in the Service from time to time. The specific assets, transaction limits, and other conditions are published in the in-app help center and on our website.
• "Wallet" means the non-custodial wallet software integrated within the Service.
• "Third-Party Service" means any service operated by a party other than PONT that connects to or interoperates with the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following requirements to use the Service:

1. Age: You must be at least thirteen (13) years old. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (see Section 9 of our Privacy Policy).
2. Minors: If you are at least 13 but under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (generally 18), you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use.
3. Sanctions Compliance: You represent that you are not (a) located in, organized under the laws of, or a resident of a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions); (b) identified on the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List or any other applicable sanctions or restricted persons list; or (c) otherwise restricted from receiving the Service under U.S. law.
